Ich habe selber Asthma und hatte auch sehr schlimme Schlafstörungen, deswegen habe ich gute Erfahrungen damit und kann gut damit umgehen. Mein Bruder hat adhs also kann ich auch mit Hyperaktiven Kinder gut umgehen ☺️ Auf Allergien achte ich generell beim Essen da ein Teenager auf den ich regelmäßig aufgepasst habe auch Allergien hatte.
