About me

My name is India Callender, and I’m happy to briefly introduce myself here. I enjoy working with children and am looking for a lovely family to support.

I’m 23 years old and have been babysitting since I was 15. I have experience with children aged 0 to 12 and come from a large family with many cousins, whom I regularly looked after from a young age.

What I especially love is the honest way children discover the world. They don’t think in categories, act intuitively, ask lots of questions, and have incredible imaginations. I believe we can learn a lot from them – and that’s what makes every babysitting experience special for me.

For one and a half years, I attended a Kindergarten School where I started a pedagogical education with many practical days in kindergartens. There, I not only learned what children need at different stages of development but also how important it is to treat them with calmness, clarity, and respect.

Besides working with children, I’m also creative – I study acting and make music – and I enjoy bringing this joy of playing, singing, and creating into my time with the kids. Whether it’s crafting, role-playing, making up stories together, or just spending time outside, I love to make our time meaningful and fun.
