About me

I am a caring and responsible nanny with a Master’s degree in Psychology and certified training as a nursing assistant. I have years of hands-on experience caring for children of different ages and needs — including those with PTSD, ADHD, epilepsy, and developmental challenges. I’ve worked with both Ukrainian and English-speaking families, and I’m also the legal guardian of a school-aged child.

I love creating a safe, imaginative environment for children. We can craft decorations, make fun DIY projects, or play creative games together. I especially enjoy working with an aerial yoga hammock — it’s perfect for movement, balance, and emotional regulation. I also use gentle neuro-exercises to support brain development in a playful and accessible way.

I speak Ukrainian, Russian, and English fluently, have conversational Italian, and I’m currently learning German.

My approach is based on empathy, structure, and fun. I always take time to understand each child’s personality, needs, and emotions — and meet them with warmth, respect, and joy.

As the eldest sibling and cousin in my family, I’ve always taken care of younger children. For the past three years, I’ve been the legal guardian of two boys who survived a missile strike and suffered multiple injuries. They were diagnosed with various conditions, including epilepsy and ADHD. Today, the older one has grown up and moved out, while the younger one walks to school independently and plays the violin. I have extensive experience with trauma care, emotional regulation, physical rehabilitation, and creating a stable, loving routine for children with complex needs. In Ukraine, I worked as a nanny, and here in Austria I cared for two English-speaking Ukrainian girls (ages 2 and 5) in a bilingual family. I would have happily continued, but the family needed someone able to travel abroad with them for extended periods. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and completed certified training as a nursing assistant in Ukraine. I can recognize signs of distress or medical needs and act quickly and calmly in case of emergency. Currently, I live in social housing where around 50 other Ukrainian families also reside. I have close bonds with some of them, and their children often spend time with me. My own child is always under care as well when I’m needed elsewhere. If required, I can provide a health certificate from a doctor. I can cook for children, manage their clothes and hygiene, and upon request — support their development using appropriate educational methods tailored to the child’s personality and needs. Above all, I believe love is a superpower — and it’s one I practice every day.

Skills and Hobbies

Singing/playing musical instrument, Drawing, painting, Dance/physical activity, and Sport

I would be genuinely happy if your child is interested in using an aerial yoga hammock — it’s a wonderful tool for movement, balance, and body awareness. I also love doing simple neuro-exercises that support brain development, focus, and emotional regulation in a playful way.
