Hello, my name is Karel and I am 20 years old. Since my teenage years I have spent a lot of time with children, as I have many younger cousins. This gave me the chance to gain early experience in childcare. I also worked a summer job in a kindergarten and completed an apprenticeship in a Kinder Hotel, where I learned a lot about working with children of different ages.
