About me

Hello, my name is Sophie, I am 19 years old and currently studying Mathematics, Biology, and Psychology in Graz to become a secondary school teacher.
When tutoring, I always take a calm and patient approach. I never push students but instead make sure they really understand the material before moving on. I notice when something is not yet clear, and I stay with the topic until it is fully understood. To support this, I repeat and review key concepts regularly.
My method is to start with the basic foundations of a topic and then move step by step to practice through many exercises and application examples – since practice and application are most important, especially for tests and exams. I put strong emphasis on solid fundamentals because they are the basis for further learning.
I also value creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable, supported, and honest. This way, learning becomes not only effective but also motivating and enjoyable.
